ルゼとは何者なのか？
2003年から音楽活動を開始。
世界中の音楽ゲームや各種フリーゲームを通し、
音ゲーならではの楽曲と縦連打に目覚める。
作風はテクノミュージックを軸としつつ、
ジャンルや方向性を飛び出した独特な楽曲スタイル。
様々な場面や思惑などを抽出して自己流に噛み砕き、
音楽というフォーマットへ変換、昇華する。
…なんか堅苦しいので簡単にまとめると、創作芸人です。
笑っちゃったり感動しちゃったり驚いちゃったり考えさせたり、
作品でそういう気持ちを皆様へ届けます。
楽曲の利用について

iOSやandroidアプリへの楽曲使用についての使用制限を緩和。
一部明確化するべく追記をしましたが、対応自体は現状と変わりません。
文章量は増えましたが、内容はそのままです。
英文は機械翻訳の都合上、内容に相違がある場合が考えられます。
その際は日本語の記載内容を適用と致します。
SoundCloudにアップロード中の一部楽曲につきまして、
下記条件を全て満たす場合は許可なく利用可とします。

Regarding some songs being uploaded to SoundCloud
If all of the following conditions are met, it can be used without permission.
【一部楽曲の定義について】
・「Remixed」の記載が無いもの。
・タグに「#LuzeriA」「#luzeria」「#OK」のいずれかが付いているもの。
・クロスフェードサンプルではないもの。
（要するに私が制作したオリジナル曲に限る、という事です）
・ルゼ本人から特設サイト等にて直接「一部楽曲に含める」と文面にて定義したもの。
この場合は特例措置としてSoundCloudにアップロードされていない楽曲であっても
「一部楽曲の定義」を満たした楽曲として扱い、利用規約の範疇であれば使用可能とします。
・ Those without a description of “Remixed”.
-Tags with “#LuzeriA” or “#luzeria” or “#OK”.
-Not a crossfade sample.

【利用規約】
・著作権や楽曲についての権利は放棄しておりません。ルゼが権利を持ちます。
・ユーザー側に対して金銭が絡まない内容であること。
（有償作品や作品に触れる際に金銭を要求する物は許可申請下さい。別途条件を提示致します）
・法律に抵触しない内容、並びに抵触しない場であること。
・誰かが悲しんだり傷付いたりしない内容であること。
・「曲名・作者名・当HPへのリンク」を記載する事。お互いに幸せになろう！
・「ロングバージョン」や「フルサイズ」等の楽曲データを使用する事は不可と致します。
（目安として3分未満で完結している曲であれば大丈夫です）
・使用した事で何かしらの不利益等が起きた場合、ルゼ側は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
・iOSまたはandroidアプリへの楽曲使用については無許可での使用は不可と致します。
・SoundCloudにて「#OK」のタグが付いている楽曲は、ゲーム内外を問わず非商用の場合、当サイト内の[Mailform -依頼窓口-]よりゲームタイトル、ゲームの内容が分かる何かしらの情報、使用楽曲を御連絡頂くことで、iOSまたはandroidアプリへの楽曲使用を認めます。この定義はグッズ販売やクラウドファンディングなど、あらゆる金銭のやり取りを全て商用と含めます。例外はアプリ内に表示される最低限の広告収益のみとします。なお問題ないと判断した場合、当件に付きましては御返事は割愛致します。
・実在するゲームの模倣が非常に強いゲームへの楽曲使用依頼ついては一切回答出来ません。
・楽曲データをサンプリング素材として使用することは不可と致します。

内容をお伺いさせて頂き、お応え出来る内容に関しては個別に使用条件等を提示させて頂きます。
